Tracking not updating
Don't worry, we have seen this happen many times and it doesn't necessarily mean there is an issue with your order or that your order is delayed.
We understand it can be annoying, (especially when we can't wait to get pretty crystals) but rest assured that the tracking not updating does not mean your order is not moving.
Sometimes the Postal Service tracking systems do not show the most recent details and it can take up to a week for it to reflect the location of the parcel. This is just how their online system works.
Please give it a week and if it still does not update, feel free to reach out to us so we can have a look and assist you :)
