I joined the Mystery Pack trial, when do I get my 1st full pack?

Your trial item will be prepared and shipped with the rest of your order. Your first full pack will be sent depending on the date you subscribed:

Joined before May 20th 2020

If you ordered at the beginning of the month: Your pack will be sent on the 15th of the next month and every month after that.
If you ordered at the end of the month: Since you will be receiving your trial item at the beginning of the next month, your first pack will be sent the following month so you have time to decide if you are satisfied.
- For following months you will be billed on the 15th of every month.

Joined after May 20th 2020

For all new members that join the Crystal Club after this date, your pack will get billed & shipped a month from the day you join, and every month after that.
Ex: You joined the trial on May 21st, your next pack will get billed & sent on June 21st unless you reach out beforehand to cancel.
Cancellations made after the billing date will be valid for the next month.

If you subscribed to the Mystery Pack via PayPal, PayPal will charge the monthly fee every month on the same date of your subscription.

For canceling a subscription please email us to support@turixstore.com at any time before your billing date

Cancellation after the billing date will be valid for the next month.

We cannot do refunds for packs already sent if you cancel after the deadline
