How can I update my address?

  • Please email us right away at support@turixstore.com indicating your Order Number or email used when placing order so we can assist you faster. 
  • If your order has not shipped we can still make changes and update the address
  • If it has shipped already you would have to wait for your national post to receive the package to ask them to update it for you.

IMPORTANT: Please make sure all addresses are correct, we will not refund for wrong address on your part. 

If your package is returned to us because you did not supply a complete shipping address, then we will notify you and you will have to pay the shipping again for the package to be sent a second time. It may take 1-2 months for us to receive back a package with an incomplete or wrong address

If you are planning on moving please make sure to update your address with us to make sure you receive your monthly packs.

Once we ship your monthly pack we are not able to update the address.
