Chakra Club FAQ

1. WHAT IS THE CHAKRA CLUB? 
This membership covers everything there is to know about your 7 chakras.

As a Chakra Club Member you will receive a Mystery Crystal Pack every month with crystals for a specific Chakra or multiple Chakras, and exclusive access to an e-guide with steps to work on balancing and healing your chakras.

2. Does this membership only last 7 months?

No, after the first 7 packs that are chakra-specific, we will send you a combination of crystals with the details of the corresponding chakra you can use them for. This way you can continue to expand your collection and crystal knowledge.

3. When do I get Billed?

Your 1st pack is billed at the time you become a member

For every following month you will be billed 27.97, on the same date you joined

**If you move, make sure to update your address with us before the billing date to make sure you receive your pack.

4. Cancellation of my membership

You can email us to cancel your membership at any time to support@turixstore.com

Just keep in mind that cancellations made after your billing date will be effective for the following month. 

Unfortunately we cannot do refunds if you cancel after the deadline.

5. How long will my pack take to arrive?

The packs have a delivery time frame of 2-4 weeks on average. 

If your pack has not arrived within that time frame, or if you would like to get the tracking number please reach out to us at support@turixstore.com

We are a small business and we prepare all the packs manually so we are not able to send individual tracking to everyone but we can send it to you upon request.

*The deadline to claim a pack as lost is 50 days after your billing date. Make sure if you have not received your pack by then to get in touch so we may contact the shipping company and open a claim. After 50 days we are not able to file for lost packs.*
